A wedding day flows with love, romance, pleasure, humor. All the beautiful things of life in one day. As a wedding photographer I will make sure you won’t have to miss any of these special moments on the day, so that you can keep these unforgettable memories with you for all time. Just to make things easier for you, I will explain how things work up to the day of the wedding.
Personal contact with focus on you
Choosing a photographer for your wedding is an important decision and a matter of trust. That is why I take great care of our contact. Your requirements are key. So I’d like to know about about it is as much as possible. Therefore meeting up and getting acquainted is a good idea. With a leisurely cup of tea we can discuss your plans and thoughts. And at the same time you will get to know me and ask me all the questions you might have. I am here to help you! During the meeting we will have a good look at your schedule for the big day and tweak it a little bit if that’s necessary. I will show you lots of photos, so I know what style you like and what you expect from me. Together we can make it happen! Of course we do this at a safe distance. I will show you samples of wedding albums so that you can see the beautiful end result and get even more enthusiastic.
Trial session
Are you a bit weary of being the focus of attention? I understand that it can be a bit overwhelming for you. That is why it can be a good idea to consider a trial session, where you can get used to the camera without any pressure at all. Get in your casual outfit and go back to the moment when you first met! Feel the vibe. In a relatively short time (about half an hour) we will make a romantic photo reportage of you both as a couple. During the shoot I will give you tips to help you look good on the photo. You can choose the location. It can be either the wedding venue or the place where you had your first date… You determine where and when. The price for this test session is € 100 inclusive BTW and photo editing. Tip: Use the photos for your invitations or save the date cards 🙂
The wedding
On the big day itself, I will tell the beautiful story of your wedding with my photos. Important moments, emotions, I make sure that they are attractively captured. I do this in an original way, in a relaxed style, and always in consultation with you. If you have special wishes on the day itself, then I take care that they are fulfilled. I gladly make unexpected spontaneous photos, but sometimes it is also nice to set up a photo, for an amusing effect. Wedding couples often have original ideas themselves. Tell me about it and we will make something captivating!
The photos
After the wedding I take care that you receive your wedding photos within 2-3 weeks. You receive these in two ways:
- high resolution JPEG files, for large format prints.
- You will receive already one or two photos in JPEG low resolution to share with family and friends on social media.
Tip: place the address of the online slideshow on your thank you card!
Wedding album
If you are interested in a wedding album, a few things are good to know: First of all the design will be made in consultation with you. In order to do so, you will choose your favorite photos for your album. Secondly, you will choose the cover of the album and the print on the front. What about a lovely UV print with your names and the wedding date on the front cover? need to approve the ould land a true artwork made in the form of a digital wedding album.
In a digital photo album, the photos are not stuck in, but are directly printed in the album on photo paper, that is guaranteed to last for a very long time. The photo book is bound in a special way and the pages are thickened so that the wedding album has a chic appearance.
Safe and reliable
To make sure that your best moments are captured with the greatest care, I work exclusively with professional photo equipment ( Canon 5d ). And I have backup material for the unforeseen. I use light sensitive lenses so that in limited light situations optimal use can be made from the possibilities offered by present day techniques (high ISO values with relatively little digital noise).
Naturally is the flash also regularly used for creative purposes, extra lighting or to get great atmospheric result even in dark indoor locations.
